• How good or how bad your decorating is, directly correlates with how much or how little revenue you earn.

• Eye-catching decor is key, because it leads to clicks which lead to bookings which lead to revenue.

• Bad decorating costs as much as—or more than!—good decorating.

• Your decor is the first line of contact between you and a potential guest—it’s the first thing they see, their first interaction with you.

• If every element isn’t in place - great management, super clean, awesome photography & excellent decor - your property simply won’t do very well.
